One challenging project I recently completed involved developing a new workflow management system for my team at Google. The goal was to streamline our processes and improve efficiency across multiple departments, which required both technical and coordination efforts.

To tackle this project, I first applied my problem-solving skills by clearly defining the problem and understanding the requirements. I conducted detailed meetings with key stakeholders to gather input and identify bottlenecks in the current workflow. This allowed me to map out a comprehensive view of the system's limitations and areas needing improvement.

Next, I shifted my focus to brainstorming solutions. I organized a series of collaborative workshops with cross-functional team members, ensuring we generated a wide range of ideas. During these sessions, I encouraged open communication and out-of-the-box thinking, which helped us identify several potential solutions.
