Reflecting on your recent project, what would you change?

Reflecting on my most recent project, there are several aspects and decisions that, in hindsight, I would approach differently. One key area involves the initial planning and resource allocation. Initially, our team underestimated the complexity of certain components, particularly those involving new technology integrations. If given the opportunity, I would advocate for a more thorough technical assessment during the planning phase, involving more stakeholders and subject matter experts to better gauge potential challenges.
