During a recent project at Amazon, I was tasked with leading the deployment of a new inventory management system designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain operations. This was a complex technical implementation due to the need for seamless integration with existing legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption during the transition phase.
