Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Management, Organization Leadership) preferred
25% domestic travel preferred
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $106,000.00 to $133,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
The Team Lead, Engineer plays a critical leadership role in guiding and managing a team of engineers responsible for
the design, deployment, and operation of (technology) solutions. This position focuses on people management and team leadership, while maintaining a strong technical foundation to support delivery excellence. The Team Lead is responsible for enabling engineers to succeed, fostering
professional growth, ensuring project alignment with customer expectations, and driving consistent adoption of WWT and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, providing career development, performance feedback, and coaching to build both technical and professional skills.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the engineering team
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align engineering resources with project needs and ensure customer commitments are met.
Serve as the escalation point for the team, providing technical direction and helping resolve complex challenges.
Drive accountability for project deliverables by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to WWT standards and methodologies.
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered upon, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support workforce planning by identifying skill gaps, recommending training, and helping recruit and onboard new engineers.
Remain informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to help guide team strategy and direction."
