What you'll do
Collaborate closely with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to build thoughtful, impactful end-to-end product features
Lead projects from early design through implementation, delivery, and iteration
Help shape technical systems, internal tools, and engineering practices as the team scales
Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while maintaining long-term maintainability
Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture
What we're looking for
Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack
Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end
Strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines
Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team
