POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Managed Review Workflow and Analytics is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of analytics and technical workflows (including GenAI-enabled, TAR and CAL workflows) that support Winston’s document review, fact-development, and related legal services within the E-Discovery & Information Governance practice. Reporting to the Managing Director, this strategic leadership role focuses on developing and scaling advanced technology-driven review methodologies, collaborating closely with attorneys and review managers, and ensuring the effective adoption and training of GenAI workflows across matters and teams. The role involves consulting and partnering with legal teams, review managers, IS, and Training to ensure legally defensible, efficient, and high-quality delivery of review and fact-development services, with a particular emphasis on GenAI workflows. Responsibilities include workflow design, technology evaluation, development of best practices, training programs, quality frameworks, documentation, and cross-department engagement. This position plays a critical role in driving modernization and innovation in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
This Senior Manager is expected to bill appropriate time spent on individual client matters, especially for workflow design, analytics strategy, project-level consulting, or technology-enabled review. The minimum billable annual target for this position is 900 hours per year.
