JOB SUMMARY
Primary Purpose of Position

The Product Analysts may perform configuration management, performance and compliance improvements, conduct initial application triage, perform manual and regression testing, and help understand the software requirements and specifications through analysis as part of a feature team.
Essential Functions Include
The Product Analyst engages in Service Area Agile ceremonies within a feature team, carrying out end-to-end SDLC tasks. They translate business requirements into technical specifications and perform accurate enterprise application configurations, while collaborating to maintain quality process documentation. They design and execute complex manual and automated test cases, author detailed development, logic, coding, testing and change documentation, and provide occasional after-hours support to troubleshoot system defects. Under limited guidance they write beginner-level SQL queries and deepen their understanding of more advanced syntax, and they research patterns to drive overall solution quality improvements.
Job Qualifications
Required
Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
Minimum of 1 year of business experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail is essential, as are good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Ability to perform routine and repetitive application setup tasks
Beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or other related field with an emphasis in MIS
Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in a health care environment
Experience working in Agile / Large Scale Scrum methodology
Experience working as a liaison between IT, internal and external business leads and end user community
Beginner level understanding of database structures with the ability to learn the concepts of software setup, configuration and customization as well as a basic understanding of relationships between database tables
Beginner level knowledge of .Net application or applicable application Configuration and SQL query skills
Demonstrated successful implementation of small-scale technology projects
Experience in analysis, design and release of software implementations
High level of adaptability to changing work environments
Note: Due to contractual requirements with the Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship may be mandatory for this position.
