Job Description

*Job Title: Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Based)*

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Independent Sales Representative to expand our corporate client base and help brands create memorable promotional experiences. This role includes managing and growing an existing account base, in addition to new business development.

*Job Responsibilities:*

*Client Acquisition:*

* Identify and target potential clients (businesses, organizations, events, schools, nonprofits) through research and networking.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

*Relationship Building:*

* Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their promotional goals.

*Sales Strategy:*

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Manage the sales cycle only: Prospecting, Quoting, Closing Sales
* Present promotional product solutions tailored to each client’s brand and marketing goals
* Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling sales campaigns.
* Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets through independent effort

*Product Knowledge:*

* Gain in-depth knowledge of our wide range of promotional products and services.
* Present product options, pricing, and proposals in a professional and persuasive manner
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

*Negotiation & Closing:*

* Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
* Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets through independent effort

*After-Sales Support:*

* Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management and customer service.
* Address any client concerns or issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
* Track sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or promotional products.
* Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

*Compensation:*

* 100% commission-based
* *Please note the $75,000 - $100,000 mentioned on the job post is based on the commission structure outlined here and not a confirmed number .*
* Commission: You will earn a commission based on your monthly net sales, calculated according to the following tiered structure:
* New Customer Sales
* For customers not previously in the Company’s database at the time of introduction, Representative shall receive:
* *Five percent (5%) of net sales* generated from such accounts.
* Existing Customer Sales
* For sales generated by Representative with customers already established in the Company’s system, Representative shall receive:
* *Two percent (2%) of net sales* on those orders.
* Note: This commission is capped at a maximum of $15,000 per month.
