Veri-Tax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Software Engineering Team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of Veri-Tax’s market-leading software solutions!
*Key Responsibilities*
* Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases
* Perform functional, integration, black box, acceptance, regression, and basic performance testing
* Review user interfaces for consistency, usability, and functionality
* Participate in requirements and design reviews
* Collaborate with developers and analysts to clarify requirements
* Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
* Maintain QA artifacts including test plans, coverage reports, and status reports
* Support timely releases of high-quality software
* Assist with troubleshooting and integration validation
* Contribute ideas to improve QA processes and coverage
*Required Qualifications*
* Foundational understanding of SDLC and QA concepts
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Basic familiarity with web applications
* Willingness to learn and grow in QA
*Preferred Experience*
* 0–2+ years in software QA
* Experience writing test cases or plans
* Exposure to Agile environments
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, TFS, or VersionOne
* Exposure to Selenium or automation tools
* Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or XML
* ISTQB Certification
* College degree or equivalent experience
Pay: $71,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
