* Support the sales team with order processing, pricing requests, follow‑ups, and documentation
* Help keep sales processes running smoothly by coordinating with internal teams
* Ensure customer and order information is accurate and up to date
* Assist with preparing materials for sales meetings and internal reviews
*Reporting & Data Support (Foundational Level)*
* Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tracking systems
* Create and distribute routine sales reports and summaries
* Help track performance metrics, trends, and basic forecasts
* Support ad‑hoc reporting requests for the sales and leadership teams

*Customer & Partner Coordination*
* Respond to customer and partner questions related to orders, pricing, and timelines

* Learn about smart home and home automation products and solutions
* Assist with maintaining product information, pricing sheets, and sales resources
