We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at United Auto Supply. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our B2B clients throughout the region. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide top-notch auto parts and services.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the automotive industry.
* Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong outside sales skills with a track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage accounts effectively and understand customer needs.
* Experience in business development and lead generation is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, but not required.

*Essential Responsibilities:*

* Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop clientele base
* Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers
* Distribute product catalogs and specialty flyers to all customers
* Display or demonstrate merchandise, using samples and/or catalogs, to develop customers' product knowledge
* Utilize United Auto supply’s custom CRM tool to identify opportunities and track progress
* Work with Shop Owners, Parts Managers, and Service Managers to ensure the customer understands the ordering process, delivery system and what UAS has to offer
* Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts
* Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
* Attend weekly branch meetings, as well as annual company-wide sales and trade conventions
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage time and work independently
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver's license
* $1538.46 per week non-recoverable draw guarantee!
