Job Description
Mission: The Regional Installation Manager plays an important role in managing and developing a team of 6-7 installers within their respective markets, ensuring Stoneside’s commitment to delivering a 5-star experience for all involved.
Goal: To lead and optimize the installation teams, implementing operational standards and contributing to Stoneside’s mission of becoming the leading provider of window coverings in the nation.
Location / Schedule Requirement:
This role must be available to work Pacific Time hours through 5:00 PM PT. For team members located outside the Pacific Time Zone, the schedule will adjust to allow for a later morning start while maintaining availability until 5:00 PM PT.

Description of Job:
The Regional Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing an installation team within the specified region, ensuring the implementation of national standards, fostering a positive team environment, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with the national and regional teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and train installers on a daily basis.
Expected to install 70% of the time and manage team members 30% of the time.
Oversee timecards, measures, closeouts and ensure Right the First Time (RFT) installations.
Assist in the development of training for consistent adherence.
Handle call-ins and manage approved Paid Time Off (PTO for assigned installers)
Act as a liaison between sales, field service, and customer service to resolve installation-related or other issues.
Collaborate with installers to identify and correct issues, communicating necessary information to the correct departments or individuals.
Improve RFT metrics by identifying training opportunities, troubleshooting on-site issues, and assisting in the development of training materials.
Conduct coaching sessions to enhance RFT metrics.
Ensure a 5-star experience throughout the measure, fulfillment, and all support functions.
Provide expertise in product knowledge, installation and warranty inquiries.
Assist in creating processes for product support and support troubleshooting efforts.
Collaborate with CRCs, CRSs, and Design Consultants to ensure accurate case input and correct order processing.
Serve as a liaison between CRCs, FSCs, and Design Consultants for product installation.
Collaborate with other Install Managers to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support the field service team.
Focus on improving productivity, reducing rework and costs, and maximizing service quality.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Stoneside Installer.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Willing to Travel to markets as needed.
Experience with installation of window coverings. (3 years required)
Proven experience in managing and developing a team. (3 years preferred)

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $36-40 / hour based on qualifications and experience
70 Hour Guarantee every 2 weeks

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift a maximum of 35 pounds
Frequent use of ladders to reach high windows and mounting points. Must maintain balance while working at heights and on uneven surfaces
Regularly required to bend, kneel, and crouch to access areas, secure brackets, and manage tools and materials
Must be able to reach overhead and perform precise hand movements to install hardware, adjust products, and operate tools
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while performing installations across multiple job sites
Frequent overhead reaching, arm rotation, and body twisting required to install hardware, adjust products, and maneuver in confined or awkward spaces
Fine motor skills required for handling small parts, screws, and tools with accuracy and safety
Must have sufficient vision to read measurements, use tools safely, and inspect completed installations for quality and alignment
Work may occur in hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments
