*About the Role*
The *Field Account Manager* serves as the primary representative of AutoPoint to dealership customers, driving client satisfaction and revenue through performance improvement in their marketing programs.
You will manage client relationships from enrollment through their full customer lifecycle, ensuring strong retention, product adoption, and ongoing growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building business relationships, optimizing dealership performance, and traveling extensively.
*What You’ll Do*
* Present and communicate AutoPoint products and their application within dealership environments.
* Understand and leverage dealership KPIs to drive business value.
* Analyze client performance and identify improvement opportunities within fixed operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership (up to DP/GM level).
* Develop a culture of continuous improvement in process execution.
* Align AutoPoint’s value proposition with dealer objectives.
* Conduct regular reviews of marketing product suite performance.
* Recommend strategy and program adjustments.
* Share industry insights and product knowledge with assigned accounts.
* Assess dealer performance and drive retention, product penetration, and account growth.
* Manage customer issues and conflict resolution.
* Support enrollment and review processes for new retention programs and campaigns.
* Capture and prioritize enhancement requests for internal teams.
* Maintain accurate dealer activity records in Salesforce.
*What You’ll Bring*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
* *5+ years of Automotive or Marketing experience* required.
* Strong knowledge of sales processes, account planning, and key selling strategies.
* Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Skilled at identifying needs, resolving objections, and presenting solutions.
* Ability to develop strategies, monitor performance metrics, and create business development plans.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, including group settings and training sessions.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under demanding deadlines.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
* B2B experience required.
* Willingness to travel up to *80%* of the time.
