* Oversee and optimize the full patient journey — identify bottlenecks and design solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
* Build workflows that support *revenue integrity*, reduce leakage, and ensure clean, operations.
* Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead the brand experience within product flows, ensuring SLIIIP feels *relevant, trustworthy, and useful* at every touchpoint.
* Partner with design and marketing to ensure tone, visuals, and interactions reflect SLIIIP’s identity and values.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
* Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), creating test cases, managing feedback, and ensuring products & services meet quality standards before release.
* Partner with operations to streamline SOPs, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.
* Build scalable systems that support national expansion and high‑volume clinical workflows.
*Requirements*
* Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics platforms like Looker for strategic insights.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills to influence diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or operations‑heavy environments.
* Strong ability to translate complex clinical or operational concepts into simple, actionable product requirements.
* Experience owning end‑to‑end workflows and optimizing for both revenue and user experience.
* Comfort with data analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative problem‑solving.
