As a senior software developer in our Information Technology organization, you'll work on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. You'll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems, provide insights, and contribute to decisions impacting the team. Joining one of our platform or service management teams, you'll support critical business area initiatives. With multiple teams hiring, we have opportunities available across our company. Participation in an on-call support rotation may be required.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
Preferred skills
OO development using C#
Back-end technologies: .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, RDBMS and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.), and RESTful APIs
Front-end framework: Angular 8+, NgRx or RxJs libraries
AWS Cloud- Lambdas, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CI/CD toolsets (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker), and unit testing experience
Scrum/Agile software development process
Compensation
$118,000-$137,000/year depending on experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
