*Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:*
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to increase enrollments and maximize sales results
* Conduct consultative conversations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored Verizon wireless and broadband solutions
* Deliver compelling product presentations that clearly communicate value, address concerns, and overcome objections
* Manage customer interactions from first contact through follow-up, conversion, and onboarding
* Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Representatives and leadership to consistently achieve individual and team goals
* Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate, competitive recommendations
* Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty
*What We’re Looking For in a Wireless Sales Representative:*
* High school diploma or GED required
* Full-time availability
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
* Prior experience as a Wireless Sales Representative or in a similar role is a plus
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
