Position Summary

The HR Generalist is a key member of our Human Resources team and is responsible for the daily operations of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training coordination, HRIS administration, and payroll/benefits support. This highly visible role supports employees and managers across the Club and plays an essential part in maintaining Oak Hill's strong culture and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit for hourly and seasonal roles; coordinate interviews and hiring.
Lead new-hire onboarding and orientations.
Provide day-to-day employee relations support and answer HR questions.
Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate basic HR reports.
Coordinate mandatory training and track completion.
Process weekly payroll and support benefits enrollments/changes.
Manage I‑9s, E‑Verify, Workers Comp claims, and compliance tasks.
Support employee engagement events and recognition programs.
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years of HR experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
HRIS experience required, (Paychex preferred)
Country Club, Hospitality or service‑industry experience preferred.
