*Location: *Remote (with occasional travel to White Plains, NY office)

We are seeking a *Full Stack Software Engineer* to work on our applications and drive innovation across our technological ecosystem. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, cloud-native applications and supporting our business objectives. You will deliver high-quality, maintainable software, and participate in the design of high-availability infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with product and business stakeholders and ensure technical excellence across projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with product strategy and business goals
· Deliver scalable platforms using technologies like PHP, React, TypeScript, Sencha Ext.Js, MySQL on AWS infrastructure
· Support deployments of Industrial IoT (IIoT) devices and design secure, scalable connectivity solutions
· Incorporate application security best practices from NIST, SANS, and OWASP
· Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability across distributed teams
· Be available to support urgent production issues outside of normal business hours when necessary
*Core Competencies:*
· 5+ years of software development experience
· Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, Material UI)
· Proficiency in backend systems and experience working on modern architectures
· Understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling (GitHub Actions, Docker, ECS)
· Experience with AWS services including ECS, CloudFormation, S3, Lambda, and RDS
· Experience working with Linux, MySQL, and MQTT
· Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, and test-driven development
· Proficiency in Git, GitHub (PRs, code reviews, issue tracking), and Jira
· Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and quickly resolve bugs and performance issues
· Knowledge of private package management and automated testing frameworks
*Preferred Qualifications:*
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
· Track record of working with legacy systems and delivering cloud-native applications
· Excellent communication and project management skills
· Ability to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Experience working with distributed teams
· Ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours and support critical issues outside of standard hours when needed
· Experience with Java application development
*Compensation and Benefits:*
· Annual base pay between $155,000-$165,000, paid on a monthly basis (at the end of each month)
· Company profit sharing (discretionary)
· Paid time off and paid sick leave
· Medical benefits (50% paid by company for employee)
· Vision and dental benefits also available at employee cost
· 401K plan (company match up to 4% of your base pay)
· Reimbursement of reasonable business expenses
Pay: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
