Position Overview
We are seeking a Plumbing Supply Sales Representative who understands the industry and enjoys building long-term contractor relationships.
This role involves working directly with professional plumbers and contractors, quoting jobs, managing accounts, and helping drive revenue growth.
The right candidate is confident, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both day-to-day sales activity and larger project opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors
* Quote commercial and residential plumbing projects
* Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
* Maintain strong product knowledge across plumbing lines
* Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in plumbing supply, plumbing field work, or related distribution
* Strong product knowledge of plumbing materials
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* ERP system experience a plus (Eclipse experience preferred)
