Job Description

We are seeking a *Mobile* *Application Support Engineer *to support *HUDO*’s e-commerce and logistics platforms, ensure smooth daily operations, and act as the coordination point between users, operations teams, and development teams.

This role focuses on *functional support*, validating issues, following up with developers, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the reliability of *HUDO *applications (Customer App, Vendor Portal, Delivery System, Admin Dashboard).

The ideal candidate understands mobile and web applications, can analyze user issues, document bugs clearly, and communicate effectively with operational and technical teams within *HUDO* and *SITCO*.

*Duties and Responsibilities*

_Application & Product Support_

* Handle user, vendor, and internal operation support requests related to *HUDO* applications.
* Troubleshoot functional issues in the mobile app, backend dashboards, order workflows, payment integrations, and delivery modules.
* Validate and reproduce bugs before escalation to *SITCO* development teams.
* Monitor the full order lifecycle (from customer checkout → vendor confirmation → packing → delivery).
* Ensure data accuracy across systems (inventory, categories, prices, orders, delivery status).

_Coordination & Issue Management_

* Create and follow up tickets with developers using *Jira* or similar systems.
* Track issues through the full lifecycle until resolution and ensure proper communication back to end-users.
* Collaborate with Product Managers to report repeated issues, improvement requests, and UX problems.
* Work closely with operations and logistics teams to resolve order delays, missing items, or system-related operational blockers.

_Quality Assurance & System Validation_

* Perform basic testing for new features, releases, and bug fixes before going live.
* Conduct routine checks on app performance, dashboards, and automated processes.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with cross-functional teams.

_Documentation & Reporting_

* Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.
* Prepare weekly reports summarizing system stability, major bugs, and recommended enhancements.
* Create short guides and SOPs to help internal teams use HUDO systems effectively.

*Required Skills and Experience*

* Experience using Flutter or similar cross-platform Software Development Kits.
* Experience supporting mobile apps
* Good understanding of web/mobile app workflows (authentication, payments, notifications, order processing).
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Trello, ServiceNow, or similar).
* Ability to read and analyze API responses and logs (basic level is enough).
* Previous experience in *e-commerce*, *delivery operations*, *retail*, or *customer service systems* is preferred.
* Ability to analyze app-related operational issues
* Strong communication (English required, Arabic preferred).
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
* Customer-service oriented mindset.
* Other duties as assigned.

*Compensation Range*

* $62,400-$85,000
