*Duties*
* Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our territory sales.
* Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
* Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
* Develop strategic business plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
* Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
* Negotiate terms with clients to close deals that align with company goals while delivering value.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends to provide expert advice during customer interactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
* Support inside sales efforts through follow-up calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings when necessary.
*Experience*
* Proven success in outside sales or direct B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Experience managing territories or regions with a focus on territory management strategies.
* Strong background in business development, lead generation, and account management.
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities.
* Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing complex deals involving technical products or solutions.
* Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques used in retail or technology sales environments.
* Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
* Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight technical features effectively.
