Role Overview:

The Insights & Optimizations team works horizontally across the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream to enable measurement, track program performance, and improve outcomes through continuous insights and data support.

As an Insights Senior Associate, you will provide program-level ownership for complex, high-visibility initiatives, ensuring measurement rigor, scalable reporting, and automation readiness. Your primary role will be to lead reporting and insights for Financial Education and Local Event Marketing initiatives, offering optimization opportunities for key touchpoints in their funnels.

Additionally, you will partner closely with the Insights + Optimizations practice lead to define analytical approaches and ensure that manual reporting evolves into durable, automated solutions over time.

What You'll Do:

Program-Level Reporting & Insights Ownership

Independently own reporting and insights delivery for a portfolio of high-visibility programs: Financial Education & Wellness and Local Event Marketing
Lead monthly performance reporting, translating results into clear, executive-ready narratives and actionable optimization opportunities
Provide ad-hoc analytical support for complex, decision-driving questions where interpretation, context, and judgment are critical
Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for stakeholders across your program portfolio
Own Tableau dashboard creation and ongoing maintenance for programs within your portfolio, ensuring performance views remain accurate, relevant, and scalable
For Financial Education, partner with the Reporting Associate on monthly reporting and ensure operational reporting is delivered accurately and on time

Automation Strategy & Enablement

Own identification and prioritization of which reporting and analysis outputs are candidates for automation, to be aligned on with Insights + Optimizations team lead
Define requirements and success criteria for transitioning manual reporting to automated solutions
Collaborate with Data Operations to ensure underlying data is automation-ready and scalable
Partner with the Reporting Associate to test, validate, and operationalize automated outputs

Support for New and Emerging Initiatives

Over time, expand program portfolio as new initiatives within the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream emerge
Support the Insights & Optimizations Team Lead in collaborating with AI + Data partners as new analyses and capabilities require your involvement

Skills & Competencies

Competencies:

Demonstrated ownership and follow-through, consistently delivers high-quality, accurate work on time without the need for deadline chasing
Strong analytical judgment with the ability to frame and solve ambiguous, high-impact business questions
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with comfort collaborating across data, product, and marketing teams
Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, prioritization, and long-term scalability; ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail; proven ability to reconcile numbers and create accurate reporting from multiple data inputs
Growth-oriented, team-spirited mindset, with a demonstrated interest in learning new tools, approaches, and ways of working to scale analytics through automation and improved processes

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred
Familiarity with analytics automation or AI-enabled workflows is a plus

What You'll Bring:

5–8 years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting marketing, growth, or digital programs preferred
Experience in Financial Services and Insurance companies is a plus

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $105,000-$135,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
