* Prospect for and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses
* Develop tailored recommendations aligned with clients’ financial goals
* Present and explain insurance and financial products clearly and professionally
* Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide exceptional service
* Manage documentation, compliance requirements, and follow-up processes
* Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your practice
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Income is performance-based and determined by individual production.
