*Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager*
Location: [Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote – specify]
Experience: 1-2 Years
In Hand : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on last drawn & performance)
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage paid acquisition channels, scale profitable campaigns, and drive measurable growth. The role demands strong analytical thinking, creative testing capability, and hands-on execution.
*Key Responsibilities*
Paid Media & Growth
Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Manage budgets efficiently to achieve target ROAS and CAC
Own funnel performance from ad → landing page → conversion
Creative & Testing
*Work closely with the design and content team to:*
Brief ad creatives
Test multiple hooks, angles, and formats
Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copies
Analytics & Reporting
*Track and analyse performance using:*
Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Conversion APIs / Pixels
Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Identify insights and optimisation opportunities
*Funnel & CRO*
Improve landing page and checkout conversion rates
Suggest improvements in offer, pricing, and messaging
Coordinate with tech/CRM teams for tracking and attribution
*Required Skills & Experience*
Must-Have
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPA
Experience in D2C / E-commerce (supplements, skincare, wellness preferred)
Good to Have
Experience with WhatsApp automation / CRM funnels
Knowledge of supplement or skincare compliance in ads
Exposure to influencer whitelisting or UGC ads
*Compensation & Benefits*
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on last withdrawn)
