The Product Solutions Engineer on Moore’s Innovation & Development team plays a critical role in defining, enabling, and delivering data-driven products and solutions that support ID Resolution, Data Privacy, and SimioCloud data and model operations.
This role sits at the intersection of data products, engineering, operations, and client-facing solution enablement, requiring hands-on experience working with large-scale data assets, partner- or cooperative-based data models, and the ability to translate complex technical and data concepts for both internal and external audiences. A strong foundation in business analysis, experience working in Agile environments, and a keen interest in data science are essential for success in this role.
The Product Solutions Engineer partners closely with Product, Strategic Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Privacy, and client-facing teams to translate complex data, identity, and integration use cases into actionable product requirements, solution designs, and go-to-market enablement.

Your Impact:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives to enable frequent, incremental releases .
Product Roadmap Development: Partner with Product Owners and team members to create and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the data product strategic roadmap, maintaining roadmap momentum and pushing initiatives through to release.
Requirement Analysis : Analyze and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features .
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analysis to provide insights, validate feature performance, and support data-driven product development.
Agile Process Participation: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Proactively act as the glue between product, stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication, share understanding and timely decision-making.
Data Quality & Governance Collaboration: Partner with Data Science and Privacy teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and responsible data usage.
Documentation & Enablement: Proactively maintain and evolve all product documentation and learning tracks to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and effective knowledge transfer .
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related field .
3+ years of experience in data-driven product ownership or solutions engineering roles, collaborating within Agile teams to define, build, and iterate on technical products.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
CO-OP experience and knowledge strongly preferred; familiarity with cooperative or partner-based data models is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow diagrams.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with ID Resolution, Data Privacy, and/or machine learning is a plus.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) a plus .
Strong understanding of data-driven products and processes, with experience in data science being a significant plus.
Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
