Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the firm’s day-to-day marketing operations while developing forward-thinking strategies that align with the firm’s growth goals. This position will lead and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives qualified leads, strengthens brand authority, and supports expansion across current and future markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals.
Build quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to measurable KPIs (lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, ROI).
Identify new growth opportunities across markets and practice areas.
Support expansion into new geographic markets with localized marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, YouTube, Meta).
Oversee SEO strategy including technical performance, content development, keyword strategy, and backlink growth.
Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Implement retargeting and nurturing strategies to increase lead conversion.
Brand & Content Strategy
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
Oversee content strategy, including blogs, video, social media, and business development.
Manage reputation strategy, including reviews and online presence.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and report on KPIs across all marketing channels.
Use data to inform strategy adjustments and budget allocation.
Maintain dashboards and provide monthly executive reporting.
Analyze cost per lead and marketing ROI.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage internal marketing team members and contractors.
Oversee agency relationships (PPC, SEO, creative, etc.).
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with firm goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 5 years of marketing experience in a legal or professional services, preferred.
Strong experience in digital lead generation and performance marketing.
Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, website optimization, and analytics tools.
Experience managing budgets and marketing teams.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
