Job Description
*Legal Tech SaaS | Remote | Early-Stage Growth Role*
Medicaidsoft is modernizing long-term-care Medicaid applications - one of the most complex processes in healthcare and elder law.
We are an early-stage company building our sales engine - and we’re looking for someone hungry and ready to grow into a full-cycle SaaS Account Executive.
This is ideal for:
An experienced and proven SDR/BDR ready to start closing
A junior sales rep wanting to move into SaaS
Someone coachable who wants ownership and upward mobility
*What You’ll Do*
* Prospect and build pipeline
* Run product demos Close deals with nursing homes and elder law firms
* Follow a structured sales process
* Work closely with the founder as we refine our go-to-market motion
You’ll have support: *Sales Assistant * Customer Success onboarding support
This is not a “figure it out alone” role - we’re building this together.
*Who You Are*
* 1–3 years in B2B sales (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or junior AE)
* *Hungry to grow into a closing role *
* Coachable and open to feedback
* *Comfortable in a startup environment (not all systems are fully established)*
* Organized with follow-up and pipeline management
*Nice to Have (Not Required):*
* SaaS experience
* Healthcare or legal sales exposure
* Enterprise sales experience
