*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at MEAN WELL. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy to drive growth and innovation in our power supply product line. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in power supply technologies, strong market understanding, and exceptional project management skills.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. Product Strategy Development

o Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the power supply industry,

o Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives,

o Develop a clear product roadmap and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities,

o Perform internal and external trainings to educate, demonstrate, and advocate new products and market technologies.

2. Product Lifecycle Management

o Participate in the management of product development specific for the local market,

o Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end-of-life,

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch,

o Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.

3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

o Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and preferences,

o Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and feedback,

o Conduct customer surveys, market demand research, and feasibility studies to validate product ideas and gather requirements.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives,

o Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization,

o Market data-driven decisions and iterate on products to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

*Job Requirements:*

· A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science) or other applicable technical degree is required

· 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the power supply and its related industries,

· Strong understanding of power supply technologies, including AC-DC and DC-DC converters, inverters, and AC-AC VFDs,

· Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that meet customer needs and business objectives,

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and SMART decision making,

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders,

· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement,

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,

· Proficiency with Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
