Sales Associate – Independent Jewelry Boutique

We are a small, established jewelry studio and boutique in North Beach specializing in handcrafted gemstone and pearl designs. Our pieces are designed in-house and made with intention, artistry, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a thoughtful, reliable Sales Associate who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things well.

This is a calm, relationship-driven environment. Our clients value personal connection, knowledge, and trust. We are not a high-pressure sales floor — we care about long-term relationships and meaningful service.

What You’ll Do

* Offer warm, attentive service to clients
* Learn our collections, materials, and design stories
* Help maintain an organized and beautiful sales floor
* Process sales accurately and responsibly
* Support studio organization and light operational tasks
* Communicate clearly and respect team schedules

What We’re Looking For

* Prior retail or customer-facing experience (jewelry experience is a plus, not required)
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Clear communication and reliability
* Comfort working independently in a small team setting
* Ability to stay engaged during both quiet and busy periods
* Weekend availability (required)
