*Lawyers With Purpose | Remote (United States Only)*
*Base Salary ($70,000 - 80,000) + Commission | Monday–Friday*

Through subscription-based memberships, education, coaching, and live events, we equip attorneys with the legal, business, and marketing tools they need to grow and scale.
We are growing and looking for a *Sales Representative* who thrives in relationship-based selling, believes in consultative enrollment, and is motivated to proactively generate opportunities, not just respond to inbound leads.
*The Role*
This is a *front-line sales role* responsible for generating revenue and uncapped commissions through:
* *Subscription-based memberships* at multiple price points
* *One-time events and trainings* sold to both members and prospects
*Responsibilities*
*Prospecting & Pipeline Generation*
* *Proactively generate sales pipeline* through outbound outreach to prospective estate planning attorneys
* Identify and engage attorneys who may benefit from LWP but have not yet entered the marketing funnel
* Leverage email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved outreach methods to initiate conversations
* Balance outbound prospecting with marketing-driven leads to maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline
* Take ownership of personal pipeline volume, activity, and conversion metrics
*Membership Sales*
* Conduct discovery calls with prospective attorneys interested in joining Lawyers With Purpose
* Present and enroll prospects into the appropriate membership tier based on their goals and firm stage
* Clearly articulate the value of LWP’s programs, resources, systems, and community
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets
*Event Sales*
* Sell seats for LWP’s one-time events (virtual and in-person) to both members and non-members
* Follow up with leads generated from webinars, workshops, conferences, and marketing campaigns
* Confidently recommend event offerings that align with each prospect’s needs and growth goals
*Pipeline & Process*
* Manage all leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM with accuracy and consistency
* Track outreach, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions
* Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong member experience
*Relationship-Based Selling*
* Build trust quickly with attorneys through consultative, value-driven conversations
* Educate rather than pressure—guiding prospects toward informed decisions
* Represent Lawyers With Purpose professionally, authentically, and enthusiastically in every interaction
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
