We can’t wait to meet you.
Program Director

As a Program Director, you are a key member of an embedded account leadership team, collaborating on account goals and growth, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and overseeing work prioritization and resourcing. You are responsible for ensuring quality operations across your assigned account(s), operating as an escalation point for both the internal and external team, and working with the embedded account leadership team to navigate account risks and challenges.

Your role as Program Director is to serve as the central source of truth and organization for your assigned account(s), working to foster connectivity between programs and leveraging your macro understanding of the account’s ecosystem to provide mentorship and guidance to a team of Program Managers and Senior Project Managers. Your team will be responsible for the execution of daily project management needs, including scoping, scheduling, work tracking, and client communications with you overseeing all work intake and assignment and owning the overall end-to-end operations in partnership with the embedded account leadership team.

A core component of this role is acting as a leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be expected to actively evaluate how work is planned, executed, and delivered—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and leverage technology, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and coaching/growing the team members to help the team work smarter and faster. While you will not be responsible for building technical solutions yourself, you will serve as a key stakeholder and strategic partner to internal Tech Operations teams, helping to define needs, prioritize opportunities, and champion improvements that elevate how the entire program operates.

In this role, you may be tasked with providing executional support on selected projects, including but not limited to: leading internal and client-facing meetings and following up on individual projects via platforms like Slack, email, and 1:1 conversations in an ongoing effort to keep all trains running on time.

You will be accountable for all weekly revenue tracking and collaborate with Program Managers to ensure accurate deliverable tracking and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is updated and maintained and proactively working to optimize all processes in an ongoing effort to maximize efficiency and maintain client satisfaction across your assigned account(s).

Projects involve a variety of deliverables including but not limited to: integrated campaign assets such as email, web design wireframes & full renders, web editorial content including keywords and SEO documentation, video assets, audio assets, social posts, and presentations in PPT. This role will report to the VP of Project Management and can be performed remotely.

Due to client time zones, availability during 9-5 PT may be needed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities:
