*Duties*
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
* Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
* Produce high-quality multimedia content including photography and video editing to support campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and web analytics using Google Analytics to improve content reach and effectiveness.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
* Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing relationships with media outlets, and handling crisis communication when necessary.
* Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
* Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data through web analytics tools, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to foster community engagement and loyalty.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
* Strong proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, social listening tools, and web analytics platforms.
* Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
* Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration strategies.
* Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation.
