*About the Job*
* Start Date: ASAP
* Title: Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
* Term: Contact-to-hire
* Hours: 8-5 M-F
* Location: REMOTE
* Salary range: $75,000 per annum
* Referral Bonus: $500
*Position Summary*
This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Effectively managing a high volume book of Commercial Lines Insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time
* Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
* Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
* Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
* Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
* Coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information
_With the client there is room for growth into Leadership as an opportunity as they are always looking for local Managers._
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years' recent commercial lines account management experience
* The book of business is primarily small business, some middle market -. It’s fully a generalist book of business (professional liability, cyber, contractors). The position would be heavy certs. They want a strong servicing for the book of business.
* Agency management software
* Active P&C license
