Regional Operations Manager
Positions Available: 3 Positions across the U.S.
Hiring Managers: Sarah Grimstead, Clay Davis & Tony Silvestro
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Available near any Insperity office location nationwide
SUMMARY
This pivotal position is responsible for managing a variety of regional sales operations and initiatives that contribute to overall sales efficiency. It applies the knowledge of company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and guide daily operations. This role also supports sales leadership through managing process improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages regional incentives, campaigns, and contests by developing tracking and reporting tools in Excel while utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce.
Serves as the main point of contact, owner, and coordinator of the workflow for onboarding and off-boarding processes for regional personnel.
Manages regional expenses that adhere to Insperity's expense guidelines and budget.
Acts as liaison regarding personnel issues impacting regional operations.
Performs CRM audits to ensure integrity and accountability of Insperity Sales Policies and Rules of Engagement.
Provides business data stewardship by developing, analyzing and tracking regional sales reports to meet the needs of sales leadership.
Identifies and drives operational efficiencies by instituting recommendations for streamlining processes.
Ascertains sales office functionality for quality assurance, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Proactive management of regional requirements directed by Corporate to ensure timely completion and submission.
Collaborates with regional leadership during the recruiting and selection process and provides professional insights to the hiring manager and candidate(s).
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
5 plus years of experience in business administration or a related field is required; operational highlights and B2B industry preferred.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
Certification focused on sales operations from Coursera or another industry-leading program is required or must be obtained within twelve months of hire.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Strong business acumen, especially in documentation and change management, plus familiarity with planning and budgeting, operations, and workflow
Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, at both a macro/high level and micro/detail-level.
Track record of engaging senior leadership and being a catalyst for change, while demonstrating prioritization.
Positive, proactive, self-starter with a transformational mindset, and a solutions orientation while remaining highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, connect with others and cultivate empathetic relationships based on mutual trust and respect, collegiality and kindness.
Ability to use multiple technology platforms for organizing, tracking, and reporting on key deliverables; demonstrates ability to learn other application programs as needed.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is:
