SharePoint Developer

Location: Remote
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

About the Role

We are building a pipeline of SharePoint Developers to support upcoming federal initiatives focused on modernizing legacy collaboration environments and implementing scalable solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

This role involves designing modern SharePoint experiences, migrating legacy content and integrating SharePoint with enterprise systems to improve collaboration, knowledge management and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop modern SharePoint Online sites, pages and solutions
Modernize legacy SharePoint environments and migrate content from on-prem or file shares
Configure and customize Share libraries, lists, content types and permissions
Develop solutions using SPFx, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 integrations
Implement workflows and automation using Power Automate
Integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps and external systems
Support content governance, metadata and information architecture strategies
Ensure compliance with federal security, records management and accessibility standards
Provide technical documentation and user guidance
Troubleshoot performance, access and usability issues

Required Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance
Experience supporting SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments
Experience modernizing or migrating SharePoint environments
Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance and site architecture
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
Ability to support remote collaboration and secure environments

Preferred Skills

Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
Experience integrating SharePoint with PowerApps and Power Automate
Familiarity with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.)
Knowledge of records management and content lifecycle policies
Experience supporting federal environments
Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
