Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License or the willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days.
Prior insurance or sales experience is valued and will be well-supported, though we also welcome motivated individuals looking to begin or transition into a career in insurance. Training is provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Comfortable using computers and learning agency systems and software.
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented, with a desire to build long-term client relationships and grow professionally.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance.
Handle policyholder questions, concerns, and service requests with care, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail.
Help clients review their coverage options to ensure their policies continue to meet their changing needs.
Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with a diverse client base through consistent follow-up and support.
Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Proactively make outbound service and follow-up calls to assist clients, review coverage, cross-sell when appropriate, and prospect for new business opportunities.
Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience and support overall agency goals.
