At San Leandro Nissan, (a Carnamic Car Center) we are taking the car buying experience to the next level by offering a higher level of transparency. To do this, we are seeking customer service agents with special set of skills. Skills that allow our team members to understand the customers' needs in order to find the perfect ride for them. We are looking for energetic and dynamic team members that want to build a career for themselves while having fun doing it.
What you will do - Essential responsibilities
Use your knowledge of Carnamic inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
Respond to customers inquires and assist them in finding the answers to their questions.
Guide customers every step of the way.
Because Automotive Sales Experience is not required, we will pay you during your training period. We will show you the way and teach you the skills that you need to become one of the best in the industry. Excellent Pay Plan for experienced Sales Professionals.

Qualifications and requirements
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
High level of self-motivation
Proficiency in Spanish and English is a MUST!
