We’re seeking a **Recruiting and Onboarding Lead ** who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and help shape the future of care in communities across the NY market. Preferred (Help at Home company) is hiring an onsite Recruiting and Onboarding Lead! We are looking for someone that has at least 3 years of Home Care recruiting and onboarding experience. We offer weekly pay between $30.00-35.00 an hour! Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm. 909 McDonald Ave Brooklyn, New York 11218.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Manage the day-to-day performance of the recruitment team.
Design and build a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process partnering with our Field Operations Leaders, hiring managers and talent operations to define recruiting strategies to attract and hire great talent.
Assist in creating and ensuring that grassroots recruiting efforts are executed, optimized and expanded where needed.
Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
Support the launch of and provide ongoing support for new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
Implement the recruitment team's goals and manage on a weekly and monthly basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Understands how to analyze data and uses it to manage team performance and identify bottlenecks.
Excels at problem solving and isn’t afraid to change courses when things aren’t working.
Focuses on what we can control and is a good influencer in the business.
Understands the candidate and field experience is key to achieving HAH goals.
Sets a great example to the team by consistently achieving goals and having a positive attitude.
Ability to coach and manage performance of the field recruitment team.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Three (3) – five (5) years of experience in recruitment.
Previous leadership experience a plus.
Proven experience in recruiting in high-volume, non-exempt hiring.
Thorough and up to date knowledge of laws affecting recruitment and hiring.
Management Authority:
Makes staff decisions – hiring, firing
Conducts performance reviews
Trains other associates
Directs work of other associates
Direct workflows for entire team
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements:
Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
