Scrum Master
We are looking for a Scrum Master to help drive predictable, high-quality delivery across our agile product teams. In this role, you’ll serve as a coach, facilitator, and delivery partner—helping teams stay focused, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve how they plan and execute work. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys supporting teams through collaboration, structure, and practical agile leadership rather than direct people management.
In a typical day, you’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives while partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to keep work flowing smoothly. You’ll help teams maintain clear sprint goals, promote transparency around risks and dependencies, and use delivery data to guide smarter decisions. You’ll also coach teams and stakeholders on agile practices, help resolve blockers that impact delivery, and support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment across product and engineering efforts. As teams evolve, you’ll play a key role in strengthening agile maturity while adapting practices to match the pace and complexity of a growing SaaS organization.
After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
Product teams consistently meet sprint commitments with improved delivery predictability.
Agile practices are well-understood and applied effectively across supported teams.
Delivery blockers are surfaced early and resolved quickly with minimal disruption.
Leadership and stakeholders have clear visibility into delivery health, risks, and capacity trends.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how teams deliver value at scale while helping shape agile practices across a growing organization. You’ll work closely with product and engineering leaders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help create an environment where teams can do their best work.
