This is an onsite role 5 days a week!
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data across business functions to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, enhance business intelligence tools, identify trends, and drive data-informed improvements in operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance, operations).
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data tools to support leadership decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and performance drivers across sales, operations, finance, and supply chain functions.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
Support forecasting efforts, including demand, revenue, labor, and expense projections.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight risks or opportunities.
Ensure data integrity and improve reporting processes for greater accuracy and usability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
Analyze competitive activity, market trends, and customer behavior where applicable.
Contribute to strategic planning by providing quantitative analysis and scenario modeling.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, Power Query, and/or Power Pivot preferred).
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
