Gallery Media Group includes women's lifestyle brand PureWow, the iconic fashion and style brand Coveteur, and a collection of social-first media brands, such as @cocktails on Instagram and TikTok that reach over 200M consumers. Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses—a fusion of social content, creators and cultural moments at scale—as well as a robust influencer marketing business.

We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to join our Client Services and Insights team.
Responsibilities:
Support Gallery Media Group in the execution of digital ad campaigns
Assume all ad operations responsibilities for assigned campaigns, including ad trafficking, QA, optimization, and monthly billing reconciliation
Work with account management team to collect creative assets & tags from clients against strict deadlines
Manage inventory availability requests
Monitor ad campaigns, providing screenshots and reporting as required
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad serving, pacing, or reporting
Identify and escalate site or email advertising issues with Product & Tech teams
Support team in implementation of new ad & data technologies, supporting direct and programmatic sold campaigns
Maintain ad specs for all digital products
Qualifications and Expectations:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience in digital publishing or advertising, with an ad operations background preferred
Experience with digital media platforms (Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Prebid, DCM, Boostr, Looker Studio, etc.)
Experience working working with supply side platforms or programmatic publisher technologies a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
Knowledge of digital ad standards and monetization strategies
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, and is able to work well with both technical and non-technical team members
