Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in sales, business development, or account management. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
No extensive sales experience required — we provide training and mentorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking
* Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with prospective customers
* Present products and services to potential clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
* Meet weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
* High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
* Coachable and eager to learn
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
