What You Will Own:
Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps
Structure problem-solving approaches and develop actionable solutions
Support on-site implementation and track measurable results
Build executive-ready materials and dashboards
Work directly with senior leaders to improve performance

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
Experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency; BI tools are a plus
Ability to adapt quickly and perform in fast-paced environments
Clear, structured communication skills
Spanish or Portuguese (advanced) is a plus
This role requires frequent national and international travel with on-site presence at client locations to implement projects. The Business Analyst will work directly with client teams, assess operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency. Travel flexibility (usually from Monday to Friday) is essential based on project needs.
