Job Description
Our client, a leader in innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a R&D Engineer II to join their dynamic team. As a R&D Engineer II, you will be supporting the Research & Development department, working closely with product development teams and international partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
Job Title: R&D Engineer II
Location: Skaneateles, NY. HYBRID (2-3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
Collaborate with domestic and international R&D teams to design and develop product support processes, documentation, and workflows.
Provide hands-on technical support during product design, installation, and post-surveillance phases, including handling escalations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive service engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in pre-sale activities and develop training programs for internal teams and external partners.
Lead technical teams during project execution to ensure high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
What's Needed?
Associate degree with 2-5 years of relevant technical experience in an R&D environment.
Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and tracking systems such as DevOps or Jira.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
