Job Description
What you will be doing:
Investigate, diagnose and report issues - owning them until resolution
Determine if issues are CSG related, general product or data/user related and record any missed steps.
Maintain testing documentation, track results, and generate reports to support quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to close reported issues
Build and manage testing environments
Deploy CSG solutions into test environments, internally and for the customer
Perform manual testing of ERP Customizations as per agreed designs and storyboards
Complete test documentation in alignment with the designs/storyboards
Build automated testing scripts for continuous coverage
Provide insights on functionality, user experience, and potential improvements of solutions
What you will likely bring:
5+ years' experience in a Support, consulting or QA role working with Epicor Kinetic ERP or equivalent systems
Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing and/or supply chain and/ or finance processes and modules
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and design specs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Office/remote based
Travel up to 5%
What could set you apart:
5+ years applicable experience applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic/ERP Toolset for troubleshooting, analysis purposes e.g. BAQs, SQL, config files, logging
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based testing frameworks (e.g., WebDriver.IO, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management platforms
Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and SQL for backend validation
