* Develop detailed architecture designs and proposals for complex multi-vendor solutions tailored to customer business objectives.
* Design comprehensive, product-agnostic solutions across datacenter infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, end-user computing, and data protection domains.
* Support vendor-coordinated campaigns and partner-led customer engagements to maximize pipeline coverage.

_Service Delivery_
* Execute complex, multi-vendor infrastructure implementations with a focus on outcome achievement and customer satisfaction.
* Lead delivery of architecture assessment services, future-state designs, and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers.
* Deliver specialized services including cloud migration, virtualization platform migration, end-user compute transformation, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Drive consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all service engagements through disciplined delivery methodology.
* Establish and document standardized processes for architecture assessment and design delivery to ensure repeatability and scalability.
* Conduct proactive architecture review services leveraging documentation management platforms to identify modernization opportunities.
* Develop strategic technology roadmaps that align infrastructure decisions with customer business objectives and budget realities.
* Build and maintain long-term strategic advisor relationships with enterprise and commercial customers.

* Develop AI data modeling strategies and cloud-hosted AI/GPU infrastructure roadmaps aligned with customer innovation goals.
* Architect end-user computing solutions leveraging cloud-hosted desktops, virtual application and desktop delivery platforms, and workspace management solutions.
* Provide guidance on cloud identity, single sign-on, and access management integrations within hybrid environments.
