Transform business requirements into detailed, executable test cases leveraging AI tools to ensure comprehensive coverage and documentation of user scenarios.
Own end-to-end feature testing for assigned projects, from initial development through production deployment.
Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and acceptance criteria validation.
Partner with development teams to evaluate testing scope, assess deployment risks, and prioritize quality issues.
Support production releases through post-deployment validation and monitoring.
Identify critical user workflows and collaborate with automation engineers to expand test coverage.
Champion QA process improvements and contribute to tooling and testability enhancements that increase team efficiency.
Participate in production incident response, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive test coverage.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience testing complex web and mobile applications, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or business software environments.
Proficient in API testing, cross-browser compatibility testing, and mobile application testing (iOS/Android).
Proven ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases that cover functional, edge case, and integration scenarios.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, understand impact assessment, and communicate quality risks.
Demonstrated commitment to quality standards with keen attention to detail and customer-centric approach to software evaluation.
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and modern release management practices.
Ability to evaluate testing impact, prioritize quality issues, and make informed recommendations about deployment readiness.
