We are a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) manufacturer focused on expanding our dealer network, strengthening regional partnerships, and growing market presence across the United States. The company provides structured operational support, product training, marketing resources, and existing dealer relationships to support long-term territory growth.
*Job Location and Travel Requirements*
Headquarters Location: Orlando, Florida
Territory Coverage: Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and surrounding Midwest markets.
Preferred Hiring Base: Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and surrounding Midwest markets.
High travel frequency required, including multi-state driving. Trailer towing and operation of demo vehicles are required; training support can be provided. Employees are expected to return to Orlando headquarters approximately every two to three months for product training and business alignment.
*Position Summary*
The Territory Sales Representative is a field-based role responsible for supporting dealer network growth, maintaining strong partner relationships, and assisting with regional sales initiatives. The position focuses primarily on B2B dealer channel sales.
The role benefits from existing company resources, infrastructure, and leads, while also encouraging proactive territory development.
Candidates with two to three or more years of relevant sales experience are preferred. Entry-level candidates or recent graduates with strong interest in field sales and willingness to travel extensively may also be considered.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Maintain and develop relationships with dealer partners and distribution channels
* Support dealer network expansion through outreach and account management
* Conduct product demonstrations, ride-alongs, and dealer training sessions.
* Travel frequently across assigned territories
* Participate in trade shows, industry events, and regional marketing activities
* Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and territory reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and product management
* Support existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
* Represent the company professionally within the LSV, golf cart, and powersports industries
*Required Qualifications*
* Two to three or more years of sales experience preferred, ideally within LSV, golf cart, powersports, ATV/UTV, automotive, marine, or related mobility industries
* Entry-level candidates with strong motivation for territory sales and willingness to travel may be considered
* Trailer towing capability required; candidates willing to complete training are encouraged to apply
* Ability to drive long distances and work in a high-travel environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Business-level English communication required
* Spanish or Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
* Valid driver’s license required

The compensation structure for the Midwest Territory Sales Representative is designed to support long-term territory development while rewarding performance growth.
* Base Salary: Base Salary: *$70,000/ year*, depending on experience and territory scope
* Commission Structure: Performance-based commission plan aligned with territory expansion
* Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $180,000 annually depending on performance and territory development
* Earnings Potential: Uncapped commission structure providing continued income growth opportunities
