Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefit Administration Platform Implementation Specialist and Account to lead the deployment and management of benefit systems across various organizations. This role involves overseeing the implementation of HRIS and Benefit Administration systems, ensuring seamless integration with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills This position offers an opportunity to work on complex projects that enhance employee benefits programs and HR operations.

*Duties*

* Lead the implementation of benefit administration platforms such as Employee Navigator, Plan Source and others
* Collaborate with HR teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data collection for system setup.
* Configure and customize benefit modules to align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
* Conduct training sessions for HR personnel and end-users on new systems and processes related to benefits administration.
* Manage the integration of benefit platforms with other HRIS or ERP systems to ensure data consistency across platforms like ADP payroll systems.
* Support regulatory reporting requirements including Medicare, HIPAA, Workers' Compensation, and other employment & labor law compliance standards.

*Requirements*

* Experience with HRIS systems such as Employee Navigator or Plan Source a plus.
* Excellent communication skills for training staff and negotiating vendor contracts effectively.
* Data analysis skills with experience in data collection and reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of healthcare-related regulations like Medicare and HIPAA is highly desirable.
* Prior experience in human resources or benefits administration roles is a plus. This position is integral to enhancing organizational HR capabilities through effective system implementation and management of employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
