Overview:
Location: Albany, NY - Onsite/Hybrid
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support provider procurement for our NYS client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in large healthcare systems.
Duties:
Document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module RFP
Assess current state provider business processes and translate current start into future state business processes or requirements
Perform market research and provide insights into provider management systems and business processes across the country
Draft Provider module key performance indicators and measurable business outcomes
Facilitates meetings with client stakeholders to solicit stakeholder feedback on requirements and RFP content
Assist with developing an implementation strategy and timeline to implement a provider management module
Develop bidder questions based on the RFP scope and requirements
Develops high quality and grammatically correct RFP content
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
12+ years of demonstrated intensive and progressive IT Business Analyst experience
2+ years of experience developing and/or managing business requirements and business processes to support the implementation of a Provider Management module.
2+ years of experience working on large healthcare system project
PMP and/or CBAP
Desirable Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Business Process Certifications such as: Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, Kanban, etc.
Technical Certifications such as: ITIL Service Management, Comp TIA certifications, Oracle, Microsoft. Cisco, AWS, certifications, or areas such as IT Governance, IT Auditing, IT Risk Management, etc.
